Janet draws on her experience as an investor, financial analyst, and entrepreneur to help founders create a financial vision and roadmap for their business. Her consultative process deepens her clients’ knowledge of the key drivers of their business and prepares them with the financial know-how to raise capital and scale their business.
Janet is a financial expert with a deep understanding of financial statements, risk management and fundraising from early stage to large public companies. She helps managements optimize their business for growth or exit. Janet is on the boards of ROAR.io and the Women’s Business Development Council. Janet began her career as a sell-side analyst at Morgan Stanley, transitioned from there to a hedge fund and in 2012, she co-founded a long-only asset manager, Eachwin Capital, where she managed the firm's consumer investments. She founded Five Mile Advisors with the mission to provide founders with clarity and confidence around their finances.
